Here are some items to consider: Are there particular cellar doors you’d like to visit? Are there particular wine styles that you prefer (e.g. white, red, sparkling, fortified) or grape varieties you’d like to focus on (e.g. Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Shiraz). Would you like to sample beer, cider, or spirits (gin/vodka/liqueurs)? Would you like to include a cheese or chocolate tasting? Do you have a particular restaurant in mind for lunch? Anything else?
