⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! Huge thanks to Ryan for his professional and knowledgeable advice when helping me choose the right surfboard. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect board — super reassuring, especially when buying with confidence. Delivery was incredibly fast from Sydney to Melbourne, which honestly exceeded expectations. The board arrived beautifully wrapped and securely packed, clearly handled with care from start to finish. Last year I went there after seeing post on FB marketplace showing rows and rows of used boards. I've even double-checked with them if they have something in my size before coming over, they confirmed they have "plenty". Only to find they had exactly two, extra beat-up, prominently displayed up front as "banners". Everything else was new stock. I really don't think they magically sold out of everything used, in all sizes, overnight. Ended up buying a new one. Didn't write a review back then out of courtesy, as I was actually happy with the purchase and service, and the new board was pretty reasonably priced. But now I see them post the same exact post about "used" boards on FB marketplace again. So if the same happens to you, it wasn't a one-off.

Really nice shop. The guide is very friendly, relaxed and happy to help. The board i got is amazingly fun (8’ foamie), paddles like a dream. Also got a bag, leash and wax with it; all very inexpensive. Will definitely come back for another board if needed🤩

What delight.!!! Greg helped us buy wetsuits, boards, fins, leg ropes and wax on Saturday. Great customer service, perfect board for the height, weight and experience of both my sons. Five star recommendation. We ran into Greg today while the boys were using them at Dee Why today. Thank you again
