About

Mountains Tales offers creative, entertaining tours of the Blue Mountains, with a historical influence, through storytelling.

Tours are either coach commentary tours for private groups, village walking tours and speaking engagements.

Coach commentary tours, offer your private group and a local host to escort you throughout the Blue Mountains, allowing your group to see the mountains as a local whether your group is a school group learning the colonial story, a seniors group looking for a fun day out, or a conference group seeking local information on your way to attend a conference.

The village walking tours are popular with locals and visitors, offering an in-depth look into the story of Leura, Katoomba and Mt Victoria.

Whatever you choose you will gain a unique insight into the story of the Blue Mountains and laugh the way.

Sue’s passion for Leura story walking tour is truly inspiring. She shared the town’s stories with warmth and love, making the experience both touching and memorable. She even remembered our family member’s name Miharu, which made us feel so connected. After the tour, Leura felt more vivid and alive. Thank you, Sue—Leura is more beautiful because of you! 🌿
