Nestled in a valley on the NSW Central Coast amongst thousands of acres of National Park lies Australia's largest horse riding and outdoor adventure centre. Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures operates on 3,000 acres of unspoilt wilderness just 20 minutes from Gosford or one hour from Sydney or Newcastle.

Offering endless fun for team building, individuals and family groups with exciting horse riding, quad biking, kayaking, abseiling and laser skirmish adventures.

Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy, no experience is necessary and anyone can do it. With breathtaking views over the valley, the experienced staff at Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures offer a series of easily achievable progressive stages, enabling you to develop confidence and technique as you advance.

Glenworth Valley caters to family groups and has 150 acres of riverfront camping, barbecue and picnic areas plus a kiosk where you can relax after a fun day outdoors.

Abseiling Adventure

Develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages. By the end of the session you will be able to experience lengthy rock face descents, open-air declines, and if you are up for a real challenge, face forward rundowns! Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. No experience is necessary and anyone can do it. Glenworth Valley offer a variety of packages, allowing you to combine any of the activities available on-site. Combine abseiling with either quad biking, kayaking or horse riding. You can either do one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon, or do one activity on consecutive days.

I had the BEST time quad biking at Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures! It was my first time ever doing it, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The trails were so much fun and the whole adventure was exciting from start to finish. A massive thank you to our guides Kayalah, Jonno, and Drew — they were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, supportive, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident, especially those of us trying it for the first time. Their energy and encouragement made the whole experience even more fun. I would 100% come back and do it again. If you’re thinking about trying quad biking, definitely do it here. Such an unforgettable experience! 🏍️✨
