All that we could possibly expected and more! Sam was accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to be around. There was seven of us, two retired couples, two adult children, and a groom-to-be. Sam made everyone feel welcome and included. When I originally went to book the tour (through a different company) the date we had to have was unavailable. I reached out to Sam to see if he could accommodate us. He promptly replied that he would change his schedule to match ours. I then told him that some of our group wanted to visit a site that was not on the itinerary. Sam made a recommendation. Despite me pushing back that his recommendation was not what I expected, Sam insisted that his recommendation was sound. I'm glad he pushed back. My wife and her best friend think Sam's choice result in on of the best times they had in our 24 days in Australia. The weather was less than optimal but Sam orchestrated our tour to see everything that we wanted to see. We never felt rushed and always had a good time.
