My husband and I booked a Hunter Valley wine tour from Sydney with John and it was by far our best experience in Australia and our favorite wine tour ever. John is so knowledgeable and friendly, we spent nearly 11 hours together and it felt like we were on a road trip with a friend. He customized the wineries to our taste and curated the perfect day for us. He is intentional and thoughtful about all of his tours and it really shows that he deeply enjoys what he does. If you’re thinking about booking a tour with John, do it you will not regret it! Thank you so much, John!

We had such a fun day on our wine tour with John! The ride was very comfortable, the tunes were flowing, and there were plenty of singalongs. John was super easygoing and kept in touch with great updates before and during the day. He even picked us up from our place, which made things so convenient. The vineyards and lunch stop were spot on. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience with John and Shiraz Tours! No request was too big or too hard. John accommodated all of our additional requests, ensured we were well hydrated and even found 80s music for our ride back home. The Mercedes Van was exceptional as was John’s local knowledge of the vineyards and surrounding area. Thank you John - we will definitely be back and highly recommend your exceptional service!!

HUNTER VALLEY TOUR - Me and my friends spent an amazing time at the Hunter Valley. John is so knowledgeable and friendly. He brought us for breakfast in a cute little place where we had delicious scones and then we headed to First Creek winery where we had a wine tasting with Mike - a must do! Then we had lunch at the Molines Bistro with panoramic views over the vines. Food was delicious and excellent service. Finished the tour with a second wine tasting before heading back to the city. Transportation is comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of meeting John this past weekend for a delightful day of wine touring Orange. John was exceptionally pleasant and had carefully curated the wineries we visited. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the fruits (pun intended) of smaller, boutique wineries not usually included by other tour providers - so much so that one of the locals in our group was surprised by one of our locations! The hosts were gracious with their time and their love and passion for wine making shone through. I will certainly call upon John and Shiraz Tours for the next weekend winery escape and knowing there are five other regions they service means there is ample opportunity to enjoy their hospitality again.
