Picture Me Blue Mountains

Just wanted to write a quick review to thank Melanie and PictureMe Sydney Tours for a great tour. It was a nice small group which afforded lots of opportunity for conversation. Melanie was right on time and was very pleasant, as a guide. She provided us with insight into various Aussie foods and ways of life. She took us to some fantastic picturesque lookout points which gave us a great appreciation of the coast line, and countryside. Although we didn’t get to see any ‘Roos’ she tried her best to find them. One of my favorite parts of this excursion was stopping at a local traditional pub for a pint - what a great place! Thank you Melanie for a great day in Australia.

Our day in the Blue Mountains was absolutely unforgettable — and Danny is the reason why. From the moment we set off, he felt less like a guide and more like that incredibly knowledgeable friend who happens to know everything about the region. Friendly, engaging, and full of energy, Danny brought the Blue Mountains to life with stories, history, and local insights that made every stop more meaningful. We stood in awe at the iconic Three Sisters, hiked down to beautiful waterfalls, and soaked in those sweeping views that make you stop mid-sentence. Danny paced the day perfectly — we never felt rushed, yet we saw and experienced so much. He even made sure we embraced a true Aussie rite of passage — trying Vegemite! (Let’s just say… that was an experience in itself.) Between our scenic walks, we enjoyed both lunch and dinner stops that gave us time to relax and really take it all in. Danny’s warmth, humor, and depth of knowledge elevated the entire day. It wasn’t just a sightseeing tour — it was an experience thoughtfully curated by someone who clearly loves what he does. If you’re heading to the Blue Mountains, ask for Danny. You’ll be in exceptional hands.

A great experience! Animal farm was geared towards kids, but the koala experience there was absolutely worth the stop. Very much enjoyed the tour and vistas of the Blue Mountains. The hiking and associated stairs were a moderate up and down, but at a brisk pace. Lunch and dinner stops we're enjoyable with quality food. Melanie was a fantastic tour guide; knowledgeable, engaging, thoughtful and a bit of humor. Overall, a very enjoyable day.

We just spent a day with this tour in the blue Mountains, hiking through the forest, and going to various different fantastic scenic view points. Our tour guide, Melanie, was absolutely the best and completely made the trip. She was able to pivot because of some things that we weren’t able to see you due to landslides, etc. and she’s just an amazing tour guide who completely loves her job. Ty to Picture Me tours and specifically to Mel!!!
