Sydney Seaplanes

What a great experience! Took the Cottage Point lunch package and had a fantastic day for a birthday celebration. Yeah, it's not cheap, but at no stage did we feel we weren't getting our money's worth. Safe, friendly, considerate, and a little bit adventurous. Awesome way to see Sydney and the majestic Hawkesbury and enjoy great food as well.

I got the Cottage Point Inn package and cannot recommend it enough! A wonderful experience from start to finish - if you want to take in Sydney from the air and indulge in a delectable lunch, with an adrenaline rush on the way back, do this! Excellent to celebrate a special occasion or person. Highly recommended!

We absolutely, loved this flight experience. From meeting our pilot Dylan at the plane to go to Jonah's at Whale Beach, to landing back at Rose Bay after a memorable flight and lunch in the afternoon it was wonderful. Amazing views of the Northern beaches and Sydney Harbour. My UK guests said it was the best thing they had done in Sydney, totally unique being in a sea plane and landing on water

I have had both good and bad experiences over the years here, but my most recent was the nail in the coffin. This is a review for the restaurant as they now go by Sydney sea planes, having changed their name from empire lounge, although it’s always been the same space and Related to the sea planes. It is always pretty vacant and the staff never seem to know anything, it’s almost like they’re filling in for the day as a substitute teacher, and it’s like they are in pain even being there and would rather be anywhere else (they are also rude to patrons). No longer have the high top tables outside, so you’re sitting down low behind a glass wall which isn’t a great experience. The food and drinks have always been mediocre at best, so the view is really the only redeeming feature, and with the current seating, isn’t appealing. Better options nearby.
