Summer Breeze Accessible Villa
Premium modern spacious 2 bedroom accessible villa. Ideal for large families and guests with limited mobility. Complete with accessible ramps, open plan with wide doorways and plenty of space to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The Summer Breeze Accessible Villas sleep up to five people and suit couples and families.
Ensuite Powered Slab Site
Flat concrete slab powered site with private bathroom. Ensuite sites are double cement slab sites with individual amenities. They are designed for guests who prefer their own private bathroom with shower and toilet. We have 11 ensuite sites which are conveniently situated close to the camp kitchen and other park facilities.

We have stayed here many times before in a cabin but this time we were towing a big boat so we stayed in the overflow section which was great, the fee was very reasonable at $65, no water or electricity but we could still use the facilities.

Such an amazing location and facilities. Everything was clean, amenities and campsites. Lovely location backed onto the beach. Kitchen was well looked after by staff and other guests. No noise at night besides the waves crashing onto the beach.

We travelled from Sydney to stay at Big4 Sawtell for our rugby tour, with 18 boys and their families, and it was amazing! Great accomodation and facilities, and so close to the charming village of Sawtell, beaches, activities and Coffs itself. Highly recommend!

We stay here for the Coff Harbour Oztag competition. We absolutely fell in love with Sawtell. A beautiful town The van park was huge! So much room We stayed in a cabin and even though a little dated it was clean, maintained & had everything we needed. Bbqs were only a walk away and always clean and tidy Plenty of things to do with the kids and beach was gorgeous Will stay again and recommend to all our friends travelling north

We stayed on a double slab caravan site within the park. Backed on to the bush land and creek. Clean amenities, quiet spaces with th ocean rumbling in the distance. Easy work to local shops. Easy walk to coastal views. Great location with tasty coffee van on site
