I had the most incredible massage with Isabella! She targeted all my most tense areas and adjusted techniques and pressure throughout. I left feeling so much more relaxed. Would absolutely recommend!

I just attended Eléme spa for a 90 minute massage.. and I have to say it was the worst massage experience of my whole life. The therapist was very kind, gentle & seemed to be a great person, but I do not believe they are a trained massage therapist. The massage lacked any sense of professional technique. There was no rhythm, flow, depth or actual pressure applied. Every movement seemed uncertain & the pressure was hesitant & without any intention. It was a strange & dissapointing experience & I lay there the whole time with my eyes open in disbelief & confusion. I genuinely cant believe I paid over $230 for a treatment that was clearly not professional... or even amateur. Again, the therapist was very kind & their manner was professional. Their physical practice was shockingly terrible and I just can't give more than one star. Please ensure you have high quality trained therapists if you are going to be charging high prices. I would not book another massage nor could I reccomend it to anyone. Thank you

We just had the most amazing couple’s massage with Isabella & Annie. Crystalbrook Byron is one of our favourite places to stay but this was our first visit to the spa - the ladies were so kind & it was so relaxing - followed by a hair treatment & scalp massage - so luxurious - we will definitely be back. Beautiful resort and spa but had the salt scrub that was very disappointing for several reasons - it was an hour treatment but the scrub lasted about a 1/3 of that time then the rest of it was a semi- massage with moisturiser which I didn't really want. The massage itself was great but that's not what I wanted which is why I chose the salt scrub. Going back to the scrub - there were quite a few areas that weren't scrubbed - inner thighs, entire glutes, under upper arm & arm pit and stomach. I later found out that some of these areas aren't scrubbed for 'privacy' reasons but I had no idea of this and felt I should be given the choice as I was basically feeling frustrated through most of the scrub due to areas missed. Also I gave all this feedback to them - they did apologise that I was disappointed but said it was due to expectations - basically implying that it was my fault because I had certain expectations. And I guess I did expect that a salt scrub would be mostly a salt scrub not 2/3 massage, and I did expect to be given the choice of what areas to avoid but I guess either of these points weren't valid enough for them. It cost $200 so I did expect it to be really rewarding experience but I left feeling mostly annoyed. Saying that my skin (where they did do the scrub) did feel nice.
