We loved it. The house was superb: beautifully decorated, warm and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and more and very clean. Lorraine provided treats for us and heated the house for our arrival. She checked whether we needed anything and made sure we were happy.

Our experience staying at Chatelaine Valley Views is always positive. This begins with the excellent customer service and enthusiasm provided by Lorraine the owner who really cares about her guests and ensures your stay is memorable. Chatelaine Valley Views is a warm and beautiful property. We return often and every time we open the front door, hear calming music and see the soft lighting our city tension and stress disappears! The whole house has been restored with an Art Deco theme represented in the stunning posters, soft furnishings and magnificent fire place with ornate mirror. The owner is generous providing breakfast provisions, coffee capsules, tea, fluffy and quality towels, robes and slippers. The beds are comfortable and each room is designed with an appealing colour scheme. Sleeping at this whisper quiet location is a joy as the only thing you hear are birds in the morning. The views from the kitchen, dining area and outside deck are striking. The gardens are well maintained with established trees and pretty flowers. After many years of staying in the Blue Mountains, we can honestly say Chatelaine Valley Views is the most private, comfortable and superior accommodation available. Highly recommended for your next stay!

Our second family stay at the beautiful Chatelaine and wow, better than the first. Many days of clear skies took the amazing valley views from the living rooms in the house and deck to a whole new level. Also Lorraine continues to tweak and maintain this unique and special house, giving it the care it deserves (gardens looked great Lorraine). The stunning decor and the VIP treatment (and treats!) that guests enjoy here makes this our favourite holiday house. Can’t wait until our next visit.
