The property is located 2 kilometres from Rainbow beach at Bonny Hills, a short ride to extensive mountain bike tracks and direct access to many off road networks extending westward. Access is from Waterloo Road after turning left from Corama Place. Corama Place runs off Jolly Nose Drive. The land is gently sloping and flat camping sites are available with or without shade and are accessed via Waterloo road.
