About

The Chapel is set on a magnificent rural property. It is the sister to Crackenback 1884, which was the first settled cottage in the Crackenback Valley.

Since then, it has been a chapel and a chicken coup, a family residence and is now a cosy home away from home for guests looking for a magical mountain escape.

The Chapel has some memorable features, including a skylight in the shower, an experience in itself and has been updated with all of life's modern conveniences.

There is a stunning wood fireplace. Please note that firewood is provided during Winter (Long weekend to long weekend). Additional costs of AUD25 per night for the use of the fireplace outside of the Winter months. There is also electric heating in the Chapel if you do not want to use the fire.
