Catho Cottage at Catherine Hill Bay is an old miner's cottage catering for today's modern living while still retaining the charming facade of days gone by. Situated on a large lot of land with plenty of room for the kids to play, Catho Cottage looks out onto natural bushland, yet is only minutes walk to the beach.

The cottage has been completely renovated internally while still maintaining the facade of the original miner's cottage. This two bedroom property sleeps up to five guests, the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double and a single.

Open plan living - the cottage has a large lounge/dining area and modern casual furniture and furnishings, leather modular lounge, wall mounted flat screen television, DVD player and stereo system. The modern kitchen is in natural tones and has Caesar stone benchtops with Italian stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has also received a similar makeover which even includes heated towel rails. Features include a tiled floor, under bench washing machine, new fully tiled bathroom, new carpets throughout, Tasmanian oak dining table with white dining chairs, natural lacquered pine bedroom furniture and a barbecue. The cottage accommodates up to five people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom allows versatility with a double bed plus a single bed.
