Just walk out the front gate, across the bike path, and down the beach track and you’ll be up to your ankles in white sand and the clear waters of Jervis Bay.

On your doorstep is Collingwood Beach, the Husky to Vincentia bike path and a short walk to Orion Beach, children's playground, Vincentia Shopping Village, cafes, and Vincentia Boat Ramp. The property has bush views (the vegetated sand dune which protects you from the afternoon northeasterly winds also unfortunately blocks the view of the water).
