Coogee Bay Hotel

Didn't stay in the hotel this time but the food is awesome! Miss the breakfast by half hour so settled for a club sandwich. Laura greeted us at the front desk with a big smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our experience. A customer service was spot-on, courteous and above all very friendly. Come by and say hello and enjoy the big screen 🖥️

We had a great experience at Coffee Bay Hotel. The food was really good, and the portion sizes were generous, which was a nice bonus. Definitely good value for money. A solid spot if you’re after a satisfying meal — we left full and happy.

I had a bike accident up the road and figured I’d head straight over to the courtyard entrance in hope that I’d be helped and administered first aid. Jay(security) spotted me, sat me down outside and called for assistance. Nikita treated my wounds very well and I was taken inside soon after to have some water and settle down. I mentioned it was very painful to walk and Xanthia happily offered a shoulder to walk me through. Those three really helped me out that night and they definitely deserve some praise.

A huge thank you to the team at Coogee Bay Hotel for making our staff party absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we all had a fantastic night. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious and the entire evening ran seamlessly. Ami, the event manager, was fantastic to work with in the lead up to the night. On the night Amy, the event supervisor and her team were incredibly helpful and attentive... nothing was too much trouble. A brilliant venue with an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back.
