A fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and cafés. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Staff across the hotel were attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with anything needed. A special mention to the dining experience as well — great food, excellent presentation, and consistently friendly service. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt polished yet relaxed, making it the perfect coastal getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality stay in Terrigal. Looking forward to returning.

Had a great stay over Anzac day weekend. The location is perfect and we had a view overlooking the water. Even though there was a large queue for breakfast we were seated promptly and cordially. We will stay here again for a short break. The pool is also heated which was nice considering we were able to swim with the kids even in late April.

Oh my! Excellence is the only way to describe this superb hotel! Old world warmth and charm decadently designed and furnished. From even before we set foot in the hotel the customer service is the best I have EVER received! A special shout out to the gorgeous Susie whose customer service skill set deserves a raise! Got upgraded to an ocean view room ! Made my stay extra special ( thankyou Susie). Do yourself a favour look no further this place you will struggle to fault. Last but not least the food!!!! Their breakfast is delicious and so vast! The dining room was exquisite with views of the bay that are just breath taking. The service staff for the breakfast buffet were faultless! Leanne, Meike, Pam, and of course the beautiful Imogen! ( pretty much the entire staff :) ) If you want the best omelette you have EVER eaten go and see the incredible chef Dave and he will make any choice of ingredients in your omelette! Delicious! Book a stay you won't want to leave!!! Crowne Terrigal you wrote the book on Excellence!

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Terrigal and had such a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful and the hotel facilities made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to Kelly, who truly went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Her kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and made a big difference to the overall experience. The pool area was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it. It’s such a great space to relax and enjoy the view. The concierge team were also incredibly helpful and informative, always happy to assist with recommendations and directions. I really appreciated that the staff were able to upgrade my room to a better view, which made the stay feel even more special. I also spent some time at the day spa, which was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, a beautiful place to stay in Terrigal with friendly staff and great facilities. I would definitely return.

We have been here several times. We loved our room. Very beautiful and lovely ocean view. Our room was at level 2 and next to street, it was quite busy and loud during Saturday night. In the morning I requested if they could change the room to a higher level and more quiet room as we have a toddler who couldn't sleep when lots of noise. Manager, Suzi (such a gentlewoman), checked all the rooms with ocean view and they were all booked and occupied, still she tried her best and showed us very recently renovated rooms at level 5 with partial ocean view. She was so nice and tried her best. She apologised many times although it (noisy street) was not her fault. All the staff are very kind, professional and try their best to make sure you and your family would have your best time during the stay. Breakfast so yummy and great as always. Pool very clean... I love everything about this hotel. I want to thank Suzi again for her kind attention and support. We will be back soon.
