The property was renovated within the last few years and it is your perfect opportunity to stay in a huge family-friendly home for up to 10 guests with water glimpses. On the ground floor, facing the backyard two bedrooms open onto the combined laundry, shower and toilet. At the front is a rumpus room, entry and double garage for guest use. Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. At the top and bottom of this staircase are "child-proof gates." On the first floor, there is an open area consisting of the kitchen, dining and lounge, which opens onto a veranda with water glimpses. At the rear are two normal bedrooms, which share a bathroom/toilet. The third bedroom is an ensuite bedroom with its own bathroom/toilet and walk-in wardrobe.
