Stayed over the weekend. Dated is an understatement. It’s a beautiful spot being right on the lake but it definitely isn’t seeing its full potential. It’s as though the franchisee or franchise isn’t spending the required money on upkeep and the like. The sites were fine - no complaints. The facilities were so so. The management stayed out of your way. Bit of an older crowd. Lacked atmosphere. Definitely better options in the area.

Bit dissapointed with the one car in one car out rule.
The only time I have come across this.
Having two cars with all our set up in made it frustrating.
With three kids in tow made pack up after the rain a bit stressful.
We were locked in the park for taking in two cars to pack up for one hour.
Others had boats cars & caravan so not sure what the problem was.
The sites are tight.
Showers we nice & the location good but that's about all.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 nights with our caravan..
We were so impressed with this caravan park and the site we had .
Both Sam and Graham in reception were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
We would highly recommend this caravan park.
Ulladulla was such a beautiful spot during our 7 week road trip so glad we stayed here.

We recently stayed for three nights in one of the pet-friendly cabins with our two toy poodles. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, there was quite a strong unpleasant smell. Having carpet in the main living area and bedroom also seemed like an unusual choice for a pet-friendly cabin, as it likely contributes to lingering odours over time.
We also experienced flying ants coming out of the wall inside the cabin. After spraying them, they began falling down onto the lounge area, which was very unpleasant and not something we expected to deal with during our stay.
During our visit, we went into my mum and sister’s cabins (Cabin 8 and Cabin 10), and there was a noticeable difference in how well-presented and maintained they were compared to the pet-friendly cabin. Their cabins felt fresh and updated, whereas the pet-friendly cabin felt quite run-down in comparison. Considering the price was very similar, it was disappointing to feel like having pets meant staying in a much lower-quality cabin.
On a positive note, the linen and towels were fresh and clean, and aside from the smell and ant issue, the stay itself was pleasant and the park overall was enjoyable. The pet-friendly cabins would really benefit from updating and improved pest control so they match the standard of the other cabins.

Caravan stay close to Ulladulla park is in the middle of getting some refurbishments so a bit busy with construction vehicles and machinery. The facilities are very well maintained and clean with a good camp kitchen. Only issue was the sites are a bit tight to manoeuvre into, and our site was near the new dump point, so a lot of pedestrian traffic all day and the occasional wafting of effluent when cassettes were emptied. A great location beside the lake with easy walking along the shore and to nearby shops, staff were generally friendly and helpful with information.
