Dovecote

Absolutely incredible stay at The Headland, Dovecote. The floor-to-ceiling windows in every room (even the shower!) give you an incredible view of the ocean, the green hills, and the famous profile of Gerringong. The home is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The pool is heated, and the central lawn is perfect for laying in the sun. The staff were incredible. They were helpful, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay special for our specific occasion. I was sceptical prior to our arrival because of previous reviews. However, I feel like the issues raised aren’t problems the regular person would have. There is a cattle gate to enter the property (You’re on a farm) and it needs to be closed after you enter, otherwise the cattle will get in. This is explained to you, and it screams common sense. Dovecote also provides you a list of what to clean prior to leaving (empty your trash, wipe down the kitchen bench, ect) I’m not the cleanest person and there were no issues. In the end, absolutely amazing property and views, with incredible management and staff. I can’t wait to stay again!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at The Range. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Rachael, the guest ambassador was a pleasure to collaborate with. No task or ask was too much for her, making our experience so special. We will definitely return again.
