Four two-storey loft apartments, each with a fully self-contained kitchen, dining setting, sofa/lounge that folds out to a queen size latex mattress bed, LCD television, DVD player and bathroom. Upstairs, in one open sleeping area, there is a queen size bed and two long single beds (two lofts with a queen, a single and a set of bunks).

The Townhouses have three bedrooms, two large bathrooms (one with a deep corner bath), a fully self-contained kitchen, dining setting for eight, corner lounge that folds out to a queen, latex mattress sofa-bed, balcony with an outdoor setting for eight and stainless steel barbecue, laundry with washing machine and dryer and a double garage.
