Great price for a motel that does the job. Room was clean, bed firm (I loved it). Amenities were good. Room was small but just meant no wasted space. Very quiet room and was given a room that made sure my motorcycle was out of view as requested. Motel is old and rooms show need of an update, but given the price I have no complaints. Staff were very friendly. Not in town centre, but only 2 minutes drive, or under 15 minutes to the heart of town. Plenty of food options in Yass. I would happily stay again.

I recently stayed at Hi-Way Motor Inn for one night in Room #7. The facilities were very basic. Unfortunately, the air conditioner/heater was not working at all. I followed the instructions provided on the wall, but the heater still wouldn't operate. During a very cold night, this made the stay quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, the electric blanket was working; otherwise, I don't think I would have been able to sleep. The shower was another disappointment. There was no properly hot water—it was only lukewarm, which was not sufficient, especially in such cold weather. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, no.

A basic motel with small rooms but enough for a night to break a drive. It's an older motel that been kept up well. Beds were comfortable, clean linen and good soft towels. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was a little cold and the split system didn't seem to be doing much so they quickly organised a little heater that took the chill off.

This was the cheapest motel in town. Positives: clean and comfortable bed and pillows; good shower; all crockery cutlery microwave etc; quiet at night. Negatives: rooms are really small and very much in need of an update with lots of cracks and chips in walls and paint; doors are warped which made it almost impossible to get in and worse - not easy to get out so hopefully you don't have a night time emergency. (We moved from room 5 for this reason and the young girl on the desk was lovely - I felt bad for her - it wasn't her fault!) I don't think I would stay here again.

Lovely, clean rooms. Quiet. Excellent service. Team is friendly, professional and personable. And absolutely everything we were looking for during our stay. They're doing an excellent job! And the showers were incredible! Beautiful and hot!
