Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff

The ensuite site we had was almost impossible to fit our caravan on. With my van tyres right on the edge of the slab there was less than 20cm between my van and a tree on the other side. The sites in this area of the park are ridiculously small with barely room to park your car. The reception staff were completely disinterested in my concerns.

One of the best parks I've ever stayed in. Seamless check-in with lovely friendly reception staff who were very accommodating allowing me to have a late check out. We had booked the family studio which is a super cute cottage divided into 3 separate units. The room had a queen bed and a single bed which were plush and comfortable. Small kitchenette with electric jug, toaster, electric frypan and electric plug in hotplate. All the usual suspects in respect to crockery and cutlery with some saucepans for the hotplate. Small table and chairs for two. The water pressure is biblical and was welcome after hours travelling in the car. Toiletries are of a nice quality, animal cruelty free and weird chemical free. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The air con was whisper quiet and very efficient. The park itself has a nice family vibe. The tiny little bit of feedback I would give would be blockout curtains on the window (they're on the door but not the window) . Unfortunately the roller blind let's the pesky sun in a bit early for my liking. But otherwise faultless. Will definitely be back

What a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A specialention to Jess for checking me in. Nothing seemed a problem for her. Quiet place to stay with lovely friendly guests staying too. Being pet friendly isbthe cherry on top.

Spent 2 nights at this amazing location. The house was nice and clean, you will find everything you need in the room. Only disadvantage is the noise from the airplanes, but I got used to it. Good job, Ingenia, keep it up!
