WARNING NOT SAFE!! We stayed one night here and the owner was really angry with us because we arrived at 6pm, just after the gate closed (we had phoned ahead and he had said it would be fine). He was very aggressive and scared us, he seemed unstable like he could snap. We were v scared and left early in the morning.

I stayed here for five nights after my car broke down. The owner was so helpful and nice and kept the cabin reserved for me when I wasn’t sure if my car would be done or not. The cabin was comfy with good amenities but they also have heaps of different options whether you need a room or have a caravan or want to camp out. I spent most of my time by the pool which was amazing. Defo would recommend this place if you’re passing through the small town of Kempsey!

Stayed overnight in the cabins just as a stopover driving from Sydney to Brisbane. Helpful owner as we booked very late over the Christmas /New Year period.
While an older style caravan park and cabins, clean sheets, towels and pillows and comfortable enough for a one night stopover. Didn’t need to use the cooking equipment, a bit older, probably due for a bit of a refresh of some of the appliances.
But overall fair price, don’t need all the fancy bells and whistles for a short stay.
Thanks again.

We stayed here with our camper van and it was a great experience. The owner checked us in and he was nothing but a gentleman with a great sense of humour. Services and amenities were great. Would definitely come back again.
