Meriton Suites Church Street, Parramatta

This hotel is really good, there are two things I notice that needs improvement. 1. The air freshner they use in the gym doesn't smell good, I notice some guests agree with me. 2. The room service, they will charge you $45 to clean your room, I stayed for 6 nights and they said I can only get free cleaning after the 5th night, although it was stated when I booked, but cleaning after 5th night is no point, at least they should do it after the 3rd night. Hopefully Meriton will see my suggestion. Location wise, this place is the best if you love shopping, close to restaurants, churches, river, train station, best place so far, I only use my car once in my 6 nights stay since everything are within less than 1km.

Stayed 11 nights. Few minor issues but didn't bother us on our stay. Amazing views. Luxurious bed and pillows. Supplies ... milk, tea, shampoo etc... restocked on request. Very handy to everything. 2nd time staying and will definitely stay again.

I recently stayed here and honestly loved it. The absolute highlight was the balcony—the views of the city skyline were amazing, especially at night. The room itself was super clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was how quick and helpful the room service team was whenever I needed something. Plus, the location is perfect if you’re using public transit, which made getting around the city completely hassle-free. Between the awesome view, the great service, and how easy it was to get around, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Meriton Suites. The location was super convenient, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. A couple of minor issues with housekeeping and some areas looking a bit worn, but nothing major. Overall, good value and I would stay again.
