Meriton properties over usually quite good this is nowhere near the quality of the other Meriton properties. Service here is pathetic, and they just don't want customers. Play don't offer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which every other hotel in the area does, then they advertise a return from the hotel to the airport at a charge of $12 a person, but then the most absurd thing it is not available on weekends or any public holidays. Seriously the idea and pathetic management excuse for calling us a shuttle as a damn joke. Every other major Hotel at mascot offers the service to and from their hotels, best place doesn't offer it at any time from the airport so clearly they don't want customers from the airport. I would think the management need to be sacked and get someone in the knows what they're doing. The rooms are apartments style rooms and housekeeping could be improved. They offer a fridge play cooktop and a small amount of crockery cutlery and glassware. They do not provide any cooking oil, and the balconies are filthy. The TV's they have are quite small and dated, and the bathrooms have reasonable water pressure. They also provide a washing machine and dryer which is very handy. There's a viewing deck where you can sit and watch aircraft gliding over the buildings to the airport.
