Myall River Camp

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for one night. The lady who met us was very helpful and friendly, she drove down to the campsite so we could follow her, the area is beautiful with stunning trees and wildlife. The campsite was very spacious and flat, with more than enough room for our car and two small tents. (Other people had way bigger set ups with vans and caravans using the same sized plot we were allocated) Great value for the money we paid! There are pleasant and clean compost toilets, fresh drinking water and a small beach. The location is close to tea gardens for groceries and supplies, the atmosphere was relaxed and and the service was outstanding. Thankyou to the lady who delt with us for making a group of girls feel so comfortable ❣️

Visited the camp to perform some electrical repairs in one of the clamping cabins, just a stone's throw to the river. Beautiful little cabin with a spacious verandah area, nestled in a picturesque, bushland setting. I'd definitely consider doing a weekend getaway here, even though I live locally.

The glamping tents at Myall River Camp are beautifully furnished and ideal for groups, with three spacious tents located separately from the main campground, giving you privacy and peace. Each tent has been thoughtfully styled, and the beds are incredibly comfortable — plus having an ensuite bathroom means no wandering around in the dark at night! I was also really impressed with how spotless everything was. I expected a little surface dust given it’s a campsite, but the tents were perfectly clean — a lovely surprise. The location is excellent — just an hour north of Newcastle and around three hours from Sydney — making it an easy escape from city life. The grounds offer a peaceful, nature-filled retreat while still being only 10 minutes from the local township, where you can enjoy great coffee and food options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, scenic, and comfortable glamping experience.

New review, this place is very nice. Safe and secure location, boom gates on entry and exit, code sent the day before arrival. Sites are now set out and kept very well. The river frontage sites are the go. How good. What seems to be on the wrong side of a good price, it appears you are paying for the experience and the location. Could do with a cold water shower though. Great spot.
