Beautiful and quiet place. We love it. You have couple swimming pools. Good buffet breakfast, and at night good dinner, of course 1 restaurant. Small and cute pantry, if you need pills, deodorant or something else, they sell vine and some snaks too. Don't worry about ant's or other insects, it's part of wildlife, so it's normal. In general we enjoyed a lot our stay. Reception girls very welcoming and beautiful. Rooms clean, and everything whoever you need you have in the kitchen, rooms ect.. If you need something or help, only ask reception, they very helpful. Thank you so much for our peaceful and romantic stay. For sure, we back again 100%.
I hv to say for a country that’s big on beaches pools etc surely resorts like this can up their ante in simple things like updating their pool areas, providing decent pool benches, shades etc which really don’t cost much! It’s supposed to be a resort but mostly everything was pretty dated n tired and it’s like one has been taken back to the 80s, literally. Don’t the owners travel enough to realise this? Pool areas were tired, and small and really needed an uplift. My kids wouldn’t go into the jacuzzi as they said the water was murky. Don’t see any pool cleaning being done the entire time we stayed! Go to any international resort and every morning you can see someone cleaning the pools before the crowds arrive. Broken pool benches in the furthest pool, hardly any shade.. everyone just sitting under the trees on the grass that wasn’t really looked after anyway, felt yuck. A whole family were sat on the broken benches!! How hard is it to provide these basic amenities for your guests?? Subpar service. Australians travel enough, surely this isn’t seen as normal to what a resort would offer. The main restaurant/bistro was Ok, food was decent with options. But again pretty dated surroundings. Rooms in villas were the same.. looked tired, the grout in the shower rooms were gross and needed a redo. Black stains/mould in the corners. The beds we slept on were too soft and noisy and squeaky each time you moved! Our villa had a dryer but no washing machine. When asked reception, they just said it depends on the owners. What a stupid response. Perhaps do not advertise as a whole apartment complex with facilities one would imagine they could stay for longer and actually get their washing done. Staff at reception were so so, polite but anything but warm. Didn’t bother with them much afterwards. Gym was also small and pretty dated. Treadmill was newish, thankfully. Overall, we hv never been impressed staying at any Australian ‘resorts’ or the likes of it as they always disappoint.
Spent two nights here and it was beautiful. The villas were roomy with bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs. Although the villas a little dated, they are equipped with what you need and you are not left lacking in any area. The big draw card is the incredible buffet breakfast! We all enjoyed ourselves and had our fill. All the Staff we encountered from front of house to maintenance and gardening is friendly and welcoming. The pool and spa were well received by the kids even on a cool day. Please note that some of the villas entry points are down steep pathways so check ahead of booking if mobility is an issue.
What an absolute amazing place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation with just as nice facilities (gym, pool, spa, etc). The staff are very professional, kind and helpful. The upkeep of the golf course and gardens were great. Plenty of birdlife, perfect for the bird-watchers out there. ✅ Great rooms ✅ Great customer service ✅ Brilliant location Definitely booking here again.
We had a lovely stay here at a privately owned air bnb! The location is great, very close to all the vineyards which we spent a lovely day visiting. I accidentally tried to check in at reception as I didn’t realise the place we booked was privately owned and the reception lady laughed at me and said that I wasn’t at the right place, it felt like she was hinting I couldn’t have booked an actual resort room. She also let me know that we couldn’t use the pool at the front. Other than that it was a pleasant stay :) The clubhouse was nice to visit in the evening.
