Plover Executive Deluxe Villa

Situated opposite the tennis courts and pool, this villa is just a short walk to the Lakes edge, the main resort pool and restaurant. A garage is included with this property and there is plenty of parking nearby.

This villa has ducted air-conditioning for all-weather comfort and can accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space. Walk through the kitchen and to the laundry with a separate toilet and shower area. You can access the courtyard through the laundry as well.

Bedroom one contains a queen bed, bedroom two has two single beds, and bedroom three is a loft with two single beds.

The dining seating can accommodate all guests and is situated near the kitchen and lounge room. The roomy lounge has plenty of seating and includes a flatscreen television with Foxtel and a DVD player. There is a second television in the loft.

The resort sits on the shores of Lake Macquarie and is only minutes from Caves Beach and Catherine Hill Bay as well as other great beaches. The resort has four pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant and barbecue facilities.
