NRMA Merimbula Beach Holiday Park is located just three hours drive from Canberra. Perched on the edge of the point in the heart of Merimbula, with its crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches, it is known to the locals as the gem of the Sapphire Coast.
With one, two and three-bedroom cabins and villas, as well as en suite, powered, unpowered – and even pet friendly sites – there’s something for everyone. And if it is a room or site with a view that you are after, they have a range of accommodation with stunning ocean views.
NRMA Merimbula Beach Holiday Resort offers a range of modern facilities including a large resort-style swimming pool complex, tennis court and sand volleyball court. The little ones will enjoy the jumping pillow and kids’ club activities on offer. They are also pet friendly, contact the resort for more information.
With sweeping stretches of coastline, national parks, Merimbula Marina and Magic Mountain Family Fun Park, the area really offers something for everyone. During whale season, it's the perfect place for witnessing the magnificent humpback whales during their migration.

Spent just over 2 weeks here. The amazing staff were able to help me extend our stay and allow us more time to enjoy the facilities and also Merimbula with friends. All facilities were clean and well maintained where we were on a powered site but even the cabins looked really nice. A shoutout the front office staff (especially K and the GM 🙏) Here are just of the things my family enjoyed. - Water Park - Pool - Jumping pillow and volleyball court - Kids activities room - Games room - playground - Pizza oven! ( setup for anyone to use) - Tennis Court And sooo much more!

We had an awesome stay at NRMA Merimbula. The safari tents were clean, comfortable and well set up, and the park facilities were some of the best we’ve seen. Kids loved the waterpark! Just a polite reminder for fellow travellers — canvas tents have surprisingly generous sound-sharing abilities. Our neighbours put that to the test, unintentionally providing quite a memorable late-night ‘nature experience’. Still a great park and we’ll be back.”

Nice holiday park in a great location overlooking the water. We've tent camped on a dog-friendly powered site here a couple of times and always enjoyed our stays. Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and tidy facilities. The park is huge and offers a wide range of accommodation to suit everyone. There is a water park and other kid-friendly facilities available. Great camp kitchen and games room too. Definitely worth a visit. We'll be back to stay again in the future.

Skip this place if you want a nice relaxing holiday! Got an unpowered site and were placed only a few meters from the road next to the park, and it’s so busy non stop road noise from 5am. Unpowered sites were uneven and nothing but dirt with the occasional blade of grass. Beach access is terrible, with access only to a tiny section of beach blocked by a creek. The amenities were good if you had kids, water park and pool looked nice. We ended up leaving after only one night into a three night stay and they refused to refund the other two nights. We happy to loose the money not to have to endure this place any longer.

Great park for families/kids but the caravan sites were on top of each other, the heated pool was freezing (everyone agreed) but my biggest disappointment was the lack of recycling. It is a huge park and more than 1/2 of the park, including the section that accommodates the pool, tennis court, camp kitchen & glamping, does not have 1 recycling bin and no signage to indicate where you can recycle. I spoke to the office and nothing changed. Install big netted areas for recycling and let the local sporting & other communities reap the benefits! Shame on you NRMA, social responsibility please
