Poppy's Cottage, award winning Bed and Breakfast, is set in a large leafy garden on 140 acres 10 minutes to Armidale.

Enjoy cosy, warm accommodation in the historic Settlers' Cottage. A beautiful hamper breakfast is included in the tariff.

The small cottage is set in two acres of established, leafy, English-style garden, interspersed with old-fashioned perennials and roses. With two bedrooms and ensuite, the cottage is totally private, and well equipped with crockery, cutlery and a good-sized dining table. Television is available on request. Good heating is offered in the winter and fans in the summertime.

Delicious hamper breakfasts include fresh fruit , yoghurt, orange juice, cereal and home-baked bread with jams from the orchard fruit trees.

Well geared for children with very friendly animals and a trampoline. Children like to collect eggs from the hens. With pet ducks in the garden, children have plenty of opportunity for an enjoyable farm experience. The ducks may be hand fed by the children. There are two miniature horses who will delight in being offered a carrot. Their beloved border collie, Sassy is loved and adored by every guest.
