You will love the fantastic views of the lake from the living area with its glass walls! To maintain a comfortable climate, there are two sun shades on the balcony, and reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the apartment.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout, as well as a single lock up garage space (best suited to small-medium vehicles) with room for storage at the rear. The garage is remote controlled with the complex's basement being protected by two security gates. You can take the lift directly to your front door from the basement.
