Reflections Hawks Nest - Holiday Park

We arrived on Saturday 3 January for 7 nights, to meet up with family who were camping. The cabin was clean, modern, the beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were great, I had an issue with the 4 slice toaster, I reported to Teresa at reception We swapped one over. Sandra was helpful when booking our stay. The cabin was serviced after 5 days, it was nice to get fresh towels. The newly built pool was great to do my leg exercises.

Stayed near 2 weeks at this Holiday Park during January 2026. An absolute great resort park, one of the best, an awesome pool, also right on a patrolled beach, modern and clean amenities & a 1-2 minute walk to a great golf course, it has the lot. The manager and staff at Reflections Hawks Nest were excellent, friendly, accommodating & professional. The manager and staff worked to the highest standard to make sure holiday stayers had a great time. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at Reflections Hawks Nest, this resort Park offers the best holiday ever, a strong 5 star review.

My rating of one star is only because the ladies in the office are lovely. Otherwise it would be a minus. We chose this park because of the new heated pool. Unless you complain about the pool being cold ( it is supposed to be 27 degrees) they then turn the heating on but they turn it off again at the end of the day. They don't turn it on again unless you complain. The pool has an inch layer of dirt scum at the water line and sand all over the bottom. I don't believe the pool has ever been cleaned since it was installed. I complained after the third day, the toilets hadn't been cleaned in three days, so the toilets were cleaned the next day but in the whole seven days the floors were never washed. They do put a sign at the door cleaning in progress but that is just for show. The management seem to want to save as much money as possible and cut costs for essential services they advertise about. The camping grounds have no grass on them it's pure dirt and sand with a patch of grass here and there. Nothing like watch is in their photos. I believe if the health department came here it would be shut down. My husband said he wouldn't spend an overnight here. If this is what Reflections Caravan Parks are like I will not be staying in another one.

A relaxing place to stay with the family. The park is very spacious and peaceful, with a pool and rentable go-karts for the kids. However, there aren’t many activities available, especially considering how large the park is. There’s a lot of open land that could be better used. The beach is a short walk away, not too far, but not right at the doorstep either. The park has great potential and could be much more family-friendly with a few additions. Suggestions Some great improvements could include a playground, basketball court, mini golf, skate park, BBQ and picnic areas with shade, bike or scooter tracks, and more organised kids’ activities during school holidays. Overall, it’s a nice, quiet park with plenty of space and a lot of room to grow.
