Sails Holiday Park

We spent the weekend at Sails Holiday Park with a big group of family (there were loads of us!) and had such a great time. The location is fantastic – close to shops and everything you need. The park is really well maintained, and we had a mix of cabins and caravan sites which worked perfectly for our group. The cabins are modern, clean and very well looked after, and the pool was a big hit with everyone. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. We loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked for our next family getaway!

We stayed at this caravan park for two nights and it was absolutely awesome. The park is very well thought out, immaculately clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The amenities were spotless, the sites were large and spacious, and there were plenty of shady areas throughout the park. Waking up to birds chirping in the morning was just beautiful, and the park itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect close to the lake and only minutes from nearby shopping centres and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. We’ve travelled around quite a bit and can honestly say this is one of the best parks we’ve stayed at. We’re down in Newcastle nearly every month, and after staying here, this will definitely be our go to park from now on. We used to stay at the park on the other side of Newcastle, but we won’t be going back. There’s honestly not one thing we can fault — it was just perfect. A hidden gem! Highly recommend.

Nice park shame about the manager and gardener . Customer service isn't there priority at all and when told we are doing a review answer was I don't care . We travel Australia and stay at plenty of sites and will never stay at that park again . I could go on how un accommodating they were but don't want to waste anymore time of these people . Many caravan and camping exhibitors have also pulled out . Maybe if it was there own business they would take more interest in there paid guests at $80 pet night powered site .
