Situated at Moama Echuca, the holiday park is two and a half hours drive from Melbourne. They are set on 25 hectares of land and boast 1.5 kilometres of majestic Murray River frontage. That gives you easy access for swimming, fishing, boating and other water activities… you’re spoilt for choice!
For speedy access to the river, the park boasts a private boat ramp for guests to use to get onto the Murray River quickly. There is even a marina.
The caravan park and cabin accommodation options are first class. You’ll love the quaint Pioneer Themed Holiday Cabin Village, built to complement the original 1850s homestead. With friendly staff, excellent customer service and a relaxing environment, you’ll be happy you visited!

Pioneer Cottage
Enjoy the river views from your private balcony of the two bedroom themed Pioneer Cottages. They are fully self-contained, with all bedding and linen provided. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has four full size bunk beds. There is an additional bathroom, lounge and dining area with television and DVD player.
Settlers Hut
The Settlers Huts are fully self-contained two bedroom cabins consisting of a queen size bed in the main bedroom, and a double bed with an overhead single bunk in the second bedroom. There is an ensuite, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining and lounge setting with television and DVD player. All linen is supplied. Enjoy the tranquillity of your surroundings.
Studios
Their one and two bedroom Studios, consist of a Queen Bed in the master bedroom (and a double bed with overhead bunk in the second Bedroom for the two bedroom hut), En suite, Self Contained Kitchen, Dining, Lounge Seating with Television and DVD. All linen and towels supplied. Two bedroom sleeps up to four people and one bedroom sleeps two people.

Great spot and great for children. Although charging over $350 a night and tv wasn’t working at all. tvs were both old in both rooms. Which wasn’t great with children. You would think charging that price you would have working tvs. I know they said it was out of there control but neighbours had reception maybe they should lower the price a night with no working TVS.

Nice space, lots of kangaroos and birds around. The pool was cozy. It was really hot when we were there, and only ac in the livingroom, so we had to pull the mattress there to sleep. The main bedroom had a ceiling fan that helped some.

Absolutely lovely place to stay and relax. Fully self-contained cabins with air-conditioning washing machine and dryer oven and kitchen. Kids and myself loved the resort style pools and games room and besides the mighty Murray River just a wonderful clean quality and quiet location definitely going back.

Tasman Holiday Parks – Merool on the Murray is a great place to stay. It’s quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being fun for the whole family. There’s plenty to explore and browse around, making it easy to stay entertained without feeling rushed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm yet enjoyable stay.

Dusty! Amenities needed to be cleaned better and more often. The daily message from reception was handy and the rotating food truck was a great option if we couldn't be bothered cooking or going out.
