The Brooklet is a luxury lodge in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
The Brooklet has seven luxury villas consisting of three two-bedroom villas and three single-bedroom villas plus the Bails which is a three-bedroom luxurious renovated Dairy.
Additionally the Brooklet has a 25 metre magnesium pool, a mineral plunge pool, hot tub, sauna , cold plunge, tennis court and gymnasium .
When you stay in the hinterland expect warm family hospitality. Indulge in the amenities and roam the beautiful estate at your leisure. The Bails, The Barn, The Bar, The Kitchen and The Villas all house guests savouring a special moment in time.
All accommodation is positioned facing out towards the vast and calming hinterland. Inside, the interiors have been thoughtfully curated to pay homage to the Australian country heritage yet includes luxurious modern additions.

Their 6 luxurious 1 and 2-bedroom villas (adults only) offer opulent interiors and breathtaking hinterland views. The interiors are an expression of sophistication and flawless design with solid oak floors, high ceilings, expansive glass windows and doors allowing the hinterland views to flow inside. The exteriors have been thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural surroundings, using a blend of shou sugi ban cladding, recycled bricks, glass, stone and wood. Each bedroom has a private ensuite with handmade ceramic tiles, filtered rainwater shower and a free-standing bath overlooking the rolling countryside. All coming together in a symphony of luxurious furnishings, bed linens, soft, subtle lighting, colours and textures. Their 3 bedroom villa (family friendly), The Bails, is self-contained luxury accommodation with a private heated mineral plunge pool, surrounded by grand old fig trees and breathtaking views. The interiors and furnishings have been gathered over many years of travel, sourced from local antique shops, artists, and original materials from the old dairy bales have been recycled, creating a sense of nostalgia. Guests enjoy access to our wellness facilities while staying, where you can swim in the 25 metre pool, soak in the magnesium hot tub or play a game of tennis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Brooklet. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well maintained and ambient our villa was. The view and grounds are peaceful and stunning, and it was very quiet despite having other villas coming and going during our time. The staff were attentive and communication was great - including enjoying a drink at the bar and arranging a bbq for our villa on one of the evenings. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. The short drive to Bangalow is so worth it and we enjoyed spending time in this lovely town! The perfect way to unwind - we already want to come back!

The Brooklet offered excellent & warm reception from booking to the end of our stay. The Bails 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our women’s health retreat. Plenty of room for everyone, a well appointed kitchen & bbq. Attention to detail, with little surprises like delicious teas to multiple tea pots. Freshly baked bread, butter, bacon & eggs made for a wonderful breaky. Beds were comfy, with nice linens. Loved the pool, hot tub, sauna & ice bath, overlooking the most breathtaking views. We left feeling so rested & look forward to our return next year.

Our time at The Brooklet proved to be even better than we’d hoped, with a beautifully designed villa, stunning hinterland views, and thoughtful touches like breakfast provisions that made the stay feel genuinely special. The 25 metre pool was a highlight with its sensational views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the surroundings wonderfully quiet, and the property is an easy drive to excellent dining options. We’ll gladly recommend The Brooklet to friends and family. Wonderful in every way.

Our stay at The Brooklet has truly exceeded our expectations! A beautiful spot to relax and unwind. Set in such a beautiful location with stunning views. Our villa was very well appointed with quality furnishings, a super comfy bed and we appreciated all the added extras like breakfast for our first morning. The staff were very accommodating and were always available if there was anything we needed. Would highly recommend this gem to all our family and friends!

A perfect stay at The Brooklet. Beautifully designed, peaceful hinterland setting, and everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. Loved using the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and pool facilities. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back the next time we’r nearby!
