Great location, clean facilities and friendly staff. We ordered food from the Thai restaurant onsite and it was beautiful. We had an issue with the shower screen when we went to take showers and couldn’t open the shower door. Unfortunately it was after reception closed so couldn’t do anything about it at the time. The lovely guy at reception fixed it straight away the next morning. We had a great time and will be back.

Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely courtyard off our room and parking at our door stop. Close to shops and places to eat. Vending machines there were very handy and a simple breakfast that was help yourself was really nice. The pool looks amazing but as it was raining and cold we couldn't enjoy it, it would be lovely in summer.

close top shops and food - we ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the meal and staff that served us. Hotel is older and seems to have a few modern up grades but needs a full reno shower head needs to be replaced and allot of the covers are missing from the power switches. The Bar fridge did not keep our items cold and most certainly did not freeze our ice bricks. While the air conditioner worked it could use a professional clean inside not just the screens. On our night we also had a neighbor 2 door up from us walking up and down the central garden path coughing and disagreeing with his wife at midnight.

Good size rooms and nice balcony or terrace. The breakfast was no amazing, just a cold do it your self kind of thing. No eggs or bacon . Just serials and a bit of fruit. Some of the rooms might also hear the near by train every 20 minutes or so, not a big thing but it is there just 100 meters away

Angus was perfect. He was really helpful and friendly at all times, and was HAPPY. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast "fridge" was well stocked. Angus also told us to contact him next time so organise a room that more suited our age (we had a room with a spa bath, which apparently, was an upgrade. At our age, having a couple of steps to climb up into a "bath" isn't an upgrade LOL)
