Sundara is a seven-bedroom luxury beach house, located just footsteps from the golden sands of Werri Beach. There are spectacular ocean views from the lounge room, balcony and third-floor sunroom, a 10 by four-metre pool/ gas heated spa, six burner barbecue, entertainer's deck as well as a detached games room, complete with a pool table and bar. There are also five bathrooms.

There's plenty to do in the local area and Gerringong is an ideal location from which to explore the stunning South Coast and hinterland. There are beautiful beaches, award-winning restaurants/cafes and wineries, nature walks, including the 22-kilometre Kiama Coast Walk (which starts five minutes from Sundara), plus boutique shopping and galleries.
