Great place for a camping or glamping. We have been here twice due to its proximity to beach and away from hustle and bustle. Just a feedback, if the camp could organise a fridge in the communal area, that would make life easier for someone who would just camp but don't have portable fridge with them. Will visit again!
We’ve been coming here annually for many years. Our favourite getaway on the coast. Fantastic location, Wayne and Narelle always lovely hosts, recently upgraded cabins are very nice, well appointed. Wifi is a bit dodgy(not a bad thing to switch off sometimes), and park itself is a little tired but well maintained. Beach is patrolled on weekend.
Drove here from brisbane, arrived half an hour before they would close. Lady at the reception was on the phone with someone and didnt want to check us in because they would close in half an hour. It doesnt take that long to check in… We felt unwelcomed and like the lady just didnt want to go to the trouble of doing her work…
Nice clean and quiet cabins. Next to ocean and beach. No proper playground for kids, but that's what the beach is for. One smaller cafe nearby.
What a fantastic place to stay this was! Loved having such easy access to both beach and bush - got myself a wonderfully restorative nature fix while we were there. Also loved the shady trees in many parts of the caravan park (unlike some other treeless parks around the place). Wayne was great - very friendly and helpful. I’m so keen to get back to this lovely caravan park that we’ve already booked another stay. Cannot wait! Love Fingal!
