We stayed 4 nights on a powered site, just across from the pool and beach volleyball court. The pool area was great and had a pool suitable for little ones. The area includes showers near the gates to rinse yourself off as well. The amenities were clean and handy to the site. It's only a minute or two to the main street of Pottsville were you can grab a coffee. There was a fish van that turned up on a couple of occasions at the front of the park as well. The staff in the office were great and very helpful. You provide your vehicle rego and the camera at the gate reads your plate and in you go. No need for codes. However, you will need a code for the amenities. The cost of the site was very reasonable and definitely stay at the park again.
Stayed for one night camping out of our car and honestly one of the best caravan parks we have visited. Some of the caravan rentals look a bit old but we haven't seen the inside BUT all the amenities were super clean, modern enough, plenty to go around and well placed. Camp kitchen had everything you need, spots were big enough as well. Pool was good and clean, staff was friendly and even the water on the sites had a good taste. Quite camping only disadvantage I could think off is that a brush turkey took some bread from our vehicle and we found them on our table twice, but that's obviously not on the camping. Great place, would recommend.
Well run, priced, and maintained. Good sized sites so didn't feel like a sardine. Friendly check in, loved the licence plate recognition boom gates. Adequate and clean amenities. Felt like a guest rather than a commodity and will gladly stay again next time I pass through.
All good except band nobody older kids screaming an yelling atv6.30!,pm was. Most annoying...phoned reception only to be transferred to other staff ,4:,times....not good and no staff attending....I know it's a holiday park but noise totally unexceptable
Very accommodating staff and very helpful. Large van sites. Quiet place to stay. We stayed overnight on our way north. Reasonable charges.
