I had a great stay at YHA Newcastle Beach. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to get everywhere you need to go. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I loved the cosy atmosphere, and the accommodation was affordable and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Newcastle in the future. Thanks team ☺️

Had the most beautiful time in the city. The stay was great. The location was perfect, super close to the beach, supermarket is nearby, loads of food and shop option. Transportation was easy. On top of all that, the people at the hostel were super helpful and lovely. Really enjoyed my stay, YHA Newcastle beach has a special spot in my heart.

Really great and affordable hostel with helpful and friendly staff in a great location. Plenty of amenities available including fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Everywhere was clean and tidy throughout my stay. Rooms were spacious, with only a slight complaint being the lack of curtains on the bunk beds, but no serious issues at all.

I had a great time at YHA Newcastle. The staff are extremely welcoming and the beds are comfortable. The common room has plenty to keep you busy when at the hostel and the location is ideal for heading out and exploring Newcastle. Many thanks!

The YHA in Newcastle was overall a okay place to stay The only thing is that the cleaning could be a bit better. We found a few things in our room (stains, left over drinks). But overall a really well positioned place to stay in large groups like we did.
