Experience secluded beaches, golden sunset light and epic lookouts on this premium guided mountain bike adventure tour on the New South Wales Central Coast. Adaptable for all ages and ability levels. Mini beginner adventures 2hrs. Mega adventures 3-5hrs for intermediate & advanced riders. Maximum group size of 5 for a fun, safe and connected experience with BikeFlow expert guides. Over a couple of sessions with Matt I’ve seen a measurable improvement of my six year old sons’s on bike confidence and skills. Matt was able to quickly identify his strong and weak points and establish a coaching program to meet him where he was at, selecting terrain and features that would stretch him without overwhelming him. Matt has a calm a deliberate approach to coaching that my son responded really well to. Building learning into the fun of riding amongst the epic scenery of Bouddi National Park. Highly recommend Matt if you have a young shredder who wants to build core skills or grow their speed and confidence on the bike.
