Great Mackerel Beach

To access this beach a ferry service runs from Palm Beach Wharf or by boat. It can also be reached on foot from West Head via some walks.

Great Mackerel Beach is the longest West Head Beach at 640 metres long.

There is no Lifeguards on duty

General Conditions: Good safe swimming and fishing. Best for family picnics.
