Adina Melbourne Southbank

Fantastic apartment, clean, spacious, got all you need for a comfortable stay. Pool good for 2-3 people, gym also decent for a simple workout (kettlebells and free weights only). Lobby staff was amazing as well, super handsome latino/italian guy and lovely Rachel who always attended to our needs! Great location too! 5 mins walking distance to the crown, another 10 mins to flinders street and heart of city. However one thing to improve on is the room service, somehow on the 3rd day, we left for our day and came back with a “do not disturb” sign on our door, and the room was not cleaned at all. Addressed the issue with staff but somehow no clue who put the sign there (definitely not us as we’d have locked the door behind us and saw it). Anyway the cleaners came but was a half hearted job. Would definitely be back but please improve on housekeeping standards and consistency😁

Great place to stay, easy walk to the river. Straight off the freeway and you're there. Room was a good size and had everything you need. Staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. If you're looking for value for money this is the place to stay.

Adina is a beautiful building with nice and neat apartments. They are spacious, are in a great location, and are at a great price point. The pool and gym are also cool. However a con is that you can hear the people above you walking in their apartments. It is that loud that it echoes throughout the apartment below them. That is the only fault I can say about this place. Apart from that, had a beautiful stay

My stay at Adina Apartments was quite good overall. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Brisbane, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen facilities were very handy for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though check-in was a little slower than I expected. The room itself was clean, but some of the furniture and decor felt a bit dated. While it’s not the most luxurious option, it's definitely a solid, comfortable choice for those looking for convenience and value
