We love coming here as a family, but I dont like the fact that the only warm pool there is for adults and under 2s only. My 3 year old gets so cold in the other pools and just needs to warm up a bit, but is not aloud in any of the warm pools. Which I think is a bit mean. Also it would be nice to have more seating in the outside area and maybe an outdoor water play area or play ground?

I have been going to the centre for around 6 months. The centre has some amazing trainers and a variety of classes to offer. Keep an eye on offers for getting free membership. Using the app is easy and booking classes is easy. Gym access is available through out the year . With Gold membership you can even access the spa and pool. However be mindful that most of the time there are classes going on and access to pool can be limited.

Entry cost is high due to the water slides but only 1 inflatable for the big slide was in use. Even though the queue was short it moved so slow! Only went on it once For this price they should repair their other inflatables or buy new ones

Not a great experience. I went to swim laps and the only lap lane I could use was next to the recreation lane - and then the lane rope broke so staff removed it. But didn’t replace it. (??!) So I had teenagers bombing into the water almost on top of me, parents and kids floating in the water not realising they were floating into the space where people were swimming laps. Very annoying and could have been fixed if they had simply replaced the broken lane rope. Security had to be called to eject unruly teenagers. Their showers don’t have a bench or anywhere you can leave your stuff, so you’ve got to leave your bag/valuables in the main changing area whilst you take a shower. And I have never in my life seen so much hair. It’s everywhere! It was so gag retching I’m even feeling sick now just remembering it. This might be a great place to take kids but don’t go if you’re an adult wanting to swim laps.
