Go Wild Ballooning pioneered hot air balloon flights in the Yarra Valley in 1989. As the region's first established ballooning company, they are recognised as one of Victoria's most experienced and professional operators, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, memorable and inspiring experience.

Following the Yarra River, the Yarra Valley is internationally celebrated for its award-winning wineries, local produce and breathtaking scenery. The same cool climate that nurtures world-class vineyards also creates the valley's lush, rolling landscapes – the perfect backdrop for a sunrise adventure. Not usually one for reviews but this was next-level. Took my first balloon flight in Melbourne and the entire experience was unparalleled. Some unforeseen weather led to a cancellation but Vicki handled it swiftly. From the hands-on experience of (un)packing the balloon to the actual cruising over Melbourne skies, everything was fantastically fun. The ride and landing was very smooth (this coming from someone with a slight phobia of heights / turbulence) - major kudos to Harry for that and the pro-grade pics. Only shame was not being able to do the Yarra Valley flight too. Thanks again for the unforgettable sunrise team ❤️
