Karon Farm Coffee Roasters

Karon Farm Coffee Roasters – Ballarat’s hub for coffee lovers, coffee nerds and professionals alike. A dedicated commercial coffee roastery, they are more than just a place to roast beans; they bring the community together to share, learn, and celebrate everything coffee.

Their foundation rests on four key pillars: Coffee Education, Barista Training, Quality Control, and Sustainable Sourcing. Whether you’re a business owner, an aspiring barista, a coffee enthusiast, or simply curious about the journey from bean to cup, they’ve got something for you.

Join in for a roastery tour, grab a bag of freshly roasted beans, and enjoy exceptional coffee while you’re here. At Karon Farm, every visit is an invitation to explore the characteristics of different origins and the craft behind every brew.
