Melrose Apartments

My stay at Melrose Apartments was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, welcoming, and genuinely cared for—and that is entirely thanks to Lisa, who runs the place with incredible warmth and professionalism. Lisa went above and beyond in every possible way. She was unbelievably kind, attentive, and accommodating, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome, and her hospitality truly elevates Melrose Apartments into something special. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home, with everything I could possibly need. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to Melbourne while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. If you’re looking for exceptional accommodation paired with truly heartfelt service, Melrose Apartments is an absolute gem. Thanks to Lisa’s incredible care and attention, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return—and I recommend it in the highest possible terms.

We had a very nice stay in Melrose Apartments. The apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean. The location is very convenient since it is quiet for a good rest and well connected to the city centre. We would definitely go back.

Super nice beautiful room but don't like the customer service here .

The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, in a peaceful residential area but handy to trams, trains, and freeway to airport. Free street parking worked well, as did the facilities in the room. Lisa at reception was very engaging and helpful during my 10 night stay, and put me in a quiet room as I was working. Well recommended.
