McCrae and Rosebud Foreshore Camping

The campgrounds are located on the foreshore reserve between the Point Nepean Road and the beach, from Anthony's nose in McCrae down to Chinaman's Creek in Capel Sound (Rosebud West).

Sites are irregular in size and shape as they are set in the natural Crown land environment. This nature reserve is prepared for camping before the opening of the camping season. Sites are not mown once the season commences. Campers should be prepared to enjoy the natural environment.

Camping amenities include toilet, shower and laundry facilities. There are both powered and non-powered sites. Water taps in many areas are shared and are not for exclusive use for any site.
