My Bowen Therapy appt with Jenna was a wonderful experience. The whole appointment, start to finish was very professional. This was my first time having Bowen Therapy and Jenna was absolutely amazing. You don’t just get thrown into it, everything was explained, step by step and I felt very comfortable talking openly with Jenna. The environment, from stepping into the centre and the therapy rooms, so calming and beautiful. I will be returning to continue my bowen therapy and to experience other treatments that is offered at Natural Wellness Centre.

I have been here a couple of times now and would recommend them to anyone looking for an incredibly relaxing, gentle and nurturing experience. Sarah C in particular has the most calming presence. The massages I have had have both been wonderful, the music has been thoughtfully chosen to be soothing and subtle, and the environment itself is calm and inviting. Also highly recommend the infrared sauna blanket add-on: it is like a warm and comforting hug - which is really what it feels like Natural Wellness is all about.

What an amazing way to spend my 30th, getting the Nurture package and it was the perfect choice! Lovely ambiance in the place, the service was Ashleigh was terrific, really calming energy about her. The products used are also amazing, they smell delish. Will be back for more!

My spa experience here was amazing. Both of the therapists were lovely and very good at what they did. I was treated with kindness and respect and the environment was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend 🙏🏻
